SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please allow 2-3 days to process your order after placement. All shipments are priority mail and mailed through USPS and costs are calculated by weight at checkout. Orders totaling $75.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Once your order has been processed, you can expect your order to be delivered within 2-5 business days for orders within the United States.
If your order is lost, you must report it to us within 2 weeks of placing your order to qualify for a replacement. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the missing package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
We are certain you will love your item, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, we do accept exchanges for 30 days after you receive your item. If you would like to issue an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.
We do issue full refunds for defective items. Please contact us at email@example.com and send the item you consider defective to: 605 W State Street, Lehi UT 84043.
