SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please allow 2-3 days to process your order after placement. All shipments are priority mail and mailed through USPS and costs are calculated by weight at checkout. Orders totaling $75.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Once your order has been processed, you can expect your order to be delivered within 2-5 business days for orders within the United States.
Please ensure you are having the package delivered to a safe location. If on your original order you type in the wrong address and it is returned to the shop, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping costs to have your order address changed and re-shipped.
Unless it is our mistake, once your order leaves our shop, it is no longer our responsibility, but the responsibility of USPS. If your order is lost, you must report it to USPS. Once you have reported your lost package, they will launch an inquiry about the missing package and attempt to have it recovered.
We are certain you will love your item, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, we do accept exchanges for 14 days after you receive your item. If you would like to issue an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.
We do issue full refunds for defective items. Please contact us at email@example.com and send the item you consider defective to: 605 W State Street, Lehi UT 84043.
